1. Ground seam steel pipe for fluid: GB8163-2018Production Process
a. Quench and heat the hot-rolled steel pipe to 800 ~ 900 ℃, and then cool it with water. The outer surface of the steel pipe is cooled by spraying, and the inner surface of the steel pipe is cooled by axial flow. During cooling, the inner axial flow is started first, and then the outer surface of the steel pipe is sprayed. At the end of cooling, the inner axial flow is stopped first, and then the outer surface of the steel pipe is sprayed;
b. The steel pipe shall be tempered after cooling to room temperature, and the tempering heating temperature is 520 ~ 620 ℃.
