Product Description
The main production process of A53 seamless Steel Pipe is divided into cold drawing and hot rolling. The main difference between the two is that the production process of cold rolled seamless steel pipe is generally more complicated than that of hot rolling, and the appearance of cold rolled seamless steel pipe is shorter than that of hot rolling. Rolled seamless steel pipe, the wall thickness of cold-rolled seamless steel pipe is generally smaller than that of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, but the surface looks brighter. The surface of hot-rolled steel pipe is relatively rough. The main production process round tube blank→heating→piercing→three-roll skew rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion→tube removal→sizing (or diameter reduction)→cooling→straightening→hydraulic test (or flaw detection)→marking→insertion library.
