Product Description
ASTM A569 hot-rolled Carbon Steel Plate is made of continuous cast slab or blooming slab as raw material, heated in a walking furnace, descaled with high-pressure water, and then sent to a rough rolling mill. The A569 Steel Plate is put into the finishing mill for computer-controlled rolling. After finishing rolling, it is coiled into straight coils after laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiler. The strength of the hot-rolled sheet is relatively low, the surface quality is poor (with oxidation/low finish), but the plasticity is good, generally medium and heavy plate, the mechanical properties of the hot-rolled sheet are far less than that of cold working, and it is inferior to forging, but it has good toughness. And ductility, hot-rolled sheet products tend to partially replace cold-rolled sheets, with moderate prices, and are deeply loved by users.
