Cold Rolled Steel Coil is the Steel Coil produced by cold rolling. Cold rolling is a process in which No 1 Steel Plate is further rolled to the target thickness. Compared with hot-rolled coil, cold-rolled coil has more precise thickness, smooth and beautiful surface, and also has various excellent mechanical properties, especially in processing performance. Because the cold-rolled original coil is relatively brittle and hard, it is not suitable for processing. Therefore, generally, the cold-rolled steel plate shall be delivered to the customer after annealing, pickling and surface leveling.
Cold rolled steel coil is widely used in various fields, such as construction, machinery, home appliances and coating industries, because of its good surface flatness, smoothness, high stamping performance and dimensional accuracy, and its non aging, low yield point and good stamping performance.
