Difference between PPGI and PPGL

It is based on the galvanized coil and covered with a certain technology and color coating to give the product more colors. The colorful and beautiful surface makes it more widely used

*Ppgi is a galvanized color plate, and ppgl is an aluminized zinc color plate.

Both are color plates. The substrates are different. One is a galvanized structure, and the other is an aluminized zinc structure. The substrates are different, which determines the difference in their performance.

1. Use of Galvanized Steel Plate
1) Construction industry: roof, balcony panel, windowsill, newspaper booth, warehouse, roller shutter door, heater, rainwater pipe, etc.
2) Household appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, microwave oven, bread machine, copier, active vending machine, electric fan, vacuum cleaner, etc.
Furniture industry: lampshade, wardrobe, table, bookshelf, medical equipment, etc
3) Transportation industry: Car ceiling, car shell, car board, tractor, trolley, container, expressway fence, ship bulkhead, etc
4) Other aspects: the color coated steel plates such as musical instrument shell, garbage bin, photographic device and meter are based on hot-dip galvanized plate, hot-dip aluminum zinc plate and electro galvanized plate, which are subject to surface pretreatment.
2.Use of aluminized zinc color plate
1) Buildings: roofs, walls, garage doors, sound insulation walls, fences, shutters, pipes and combined houses, etc.
2)Automobile: muffler, exhaust pipe, wiper accessories, fuel tank, truck box, automobile body bottom parts, etc.
3)Home appliances: refrigerator back plate, gas stove, air conditioner, electronic microwave oven, LCD frame, CRT explosion-proof belt, LED backlight, electrical cabinet, etc.
4) Agriculture: pig house, chicken house, granary, pipeline for greenhouse, etc.
5)Industrial instruments: electric control cabinet, industrial freezer and vending machine.
6)Others: thermal insulation cover, heat exchanger, dryer, water heater, etc.

3. Specification of galvanized Steel Plate

The thickness of common galvanized sheet is 0.4 ~ 2.0mm. Generally, large steel plants of state-owned enterprises less than 0.4mm do not produce, and they are usually produced by small steel plants of private enterprises. The customary standards are 0.35, 0.30, 0.28, 0.25, and usually as thin as 0.15. If the thickness exceeds 2.0mm, it is very difficult to straighten, so the quotation for the thickness above 2.0mm increases with the increase of thickness.
